Who we are

The Elizabethton Housing and Development Agency is a federal subsidized, non-profit corporation governed by Federal and State law under the directions of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). A cooperation agreement with the City of Elizabethton establishes a governing body existing of five Commissioners appointed by the Mayor to serve a five year term. The EHDA provides structurally sound, safe housing, to low and moderate income families through the Public Housing, Section Eight Voucher, and Section Eight Moderate Rehab programs.

Request for Proposals for Lawn Maintenance Services

The Elizabethton Housing and Development Agency (EHDA), respectfully requests proposals (RFP) from qualified Lawn Maintenance contractors to perform lawn mowing services for its public housing communities. A RFP packet may be requested by calling Richard Lyons (423)-543-3571, ext. 312 or email at rlyonsehda@gmail.com. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 pm April 12, 2024. The EHDA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received.
